Start with the surface and condition
This service is for asphalt driveways. The area involved, its current condition and access to the property help us understand your request. Include any previous sealing work you know about and the areas you want included.
Photographs are a useful starting point. Show the whole driveway and any areas that need a closer look, so we can discuss the project with you and confirm the proposed scope in writing.
What to include in your request
- Your town or community and confirmation that the driveway is asphalt.
- Approximate driveway dimensions, if you know them, and which areas you want sealed.
- A wide photograph of the driveway and close-ups showing wear, staining or other visible concerns.
- Details about access, vehicle parking and any routes that need to remain available.
- Your preferred timing and any dates or property arrangements we should discuss.
If you are unsure of the dimensions or previous sealing history, say so. Share the information you have; we can discuss what else is needed to understand the work.
Plan access before the work
Let us know how you use the driveway, including access to a garage, shared parking or regular vehicle movements. Discuss the schedule and access arrangements when reviewing your estimate, so the plan is clear before work begins.
Our painting estimate guide also explains useful questions about written scope, photographs and access. Bring those questions to your driveway sealing enquiry.
